Shipping Policy

 

At this moment, we have 2 international shipping methods in charge of 2 different courier companies:

• Standard Shipping with Serpost (Correos del Perú): 15 - 55 days 

It is the cheapest option but the one that takes the longest to reach its destination.

 

The basic shipping option with Serpost does NOT include insurance or a tracking number, in case you want to upgrade and obtain these services, please contact us before purchasing to help you. Keep in mind that even with the upgrade, the shipping time will not be reduced.

• Express Shipping with DHL: 3 -10 days 

It is the fastest and safest shipping option. It's a flat rate up to 1.5kg so you can include a bunch of products and still pay the same price for shipping!

This option does have a tracking number but NOT insurance, in case you want the insurance upgrade, please contact us before purchasing to help you.

NOTES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• When choosing your shipping option, take into account the delivery times of each one. Once the package is delivered to the courier company, we have no control over the time it can take to arrive to its destination, especially if they are within the established range.

• No default shipping option has insurance against loss, damage, or other incidents that may happen during transit, so we are not responsible for any problem that may happen before the package reaches you.

• The full payment of your order does not include customs duties, import duties, foreign taxes, or other taxes that may be generated in the destination country, and we are not responsible for them.​
