Before sending all our products, we make sure that they are of the best quality and exactly what you have ordered, for this reason, we do not accept changes, returns or cancellations.

However, we know that human error exists, both on our part and from our suppliers; therefore, in case your order has these types of problems: if it arrives broken, damaged or it is not what you ordered, please contact us at our email: doredesigns.store@gmail.com within the first 7 business days from receipt of the package to be able to help you!
All we need is a photo of the product's condition as proof so we can proceed with our return process:

Once you have contacted us and sent us proof of the problem with your order, we will give you the option to replace the product without any additional cost or a full refund.

The refund will be made once we have received the item back in its original state, we do not charge any type of penalty for replacement.

In case the order has been rejected at the destination or returned by the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, the reshipment of the order will be borne by the customer. You will have 30 calendar days to request and pay for the reshipment, otherwise, the order will be considered abandoned and you will not be entitled to any type of return, refund or reshipment.​

In case an order is lost in transit and is declared in such a way by the courier company, the client may request a full refund or reshipment without any additional cost.​

In case a refund is made, it will take between 2-5 business days and will be made to the payment method used during the purchase. Keep in mind that if the means of payment was PayPal, it may take up to 15 business days for the amount to appear on the card or account used.
